MACTECH CO., LTD developed and introduced Mechanical Imaging Light Source System

Electrical Control Technical Department Chief, Mr. Chin-sung Chang indicates; due to LED light source technique breakthrough in recent years, usage has already been expanded to the application for various products.  MACTECH applies high brightness RGB LED to overcome heat dispersing problems, and developed a structure suitable for photo imaging light source.  This structure has gained recognition from major patent companies of different countries, and through customers’ practical usage examination, has proved to be effective in overcoming the problem of color differentiation of material coloring.   “Lighting” (providing light source for object of detection) is one of the key factors for photo imaging success, and the LED light source system developed by the company, in its ability to create different colors according to user's needs, is able to overcome color differentiation from product source, increase product quality and efficiency, and effectively shortens the time during changing production line for the short production process.  Furthermore, the controller is small in size, takes up little space, user-friendly, and can directly replace traditional halogen light source.
